San Francisco Public Utilities Commission Headquarters
The interior look and feel of this 13-story high rise was designed to reflect the identity and goals of the SF Public Utilities Commission, the water agency for the City of San Francisco. Interior accent walls, painted in graphic colors symbolic of the organization, are visible from the exterior. On the uppermost Executive Floor, a 100+ foot long Great Room offers spectacular views through frameless glass front offices, while a ceiling accent recalls flowing water. This building was designed to attain LEED Platinum certification.
